The burial place is marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross stylised as a tree trunk on a rock-shaped plinth and a two-stepped base. On the cross are bas-relief oak branches. Over the shoulders a relief carved oak wreath tied at the top with a bow. The base steps are glazed. On the pedestal, on the front side, a metal grosgraph with an image of the Virgin Mary of Częstochowa, below a crowned eagle with outspread wings and a banner with an inscription (1), in the background crossed banners of the Polish Army. Below, a plaque in the form of an unfurled scroll decorated with an embossed rose flower, on it an engraved inscription (2).
