Gravestone of Edward Zapaśnik

Burial place originally marked by a cast iron cross on a plinth, banded in the form of a coffin lid, and on a base. Cross with chipped crossbeam with openwork decoration of mouldings. The plinth tapering upwards, with floral ornamentation on the sides. At the front on the pedestal an engraved inscription (1). On the front band, in the upper left corner, an engraved inscription (2), below it an engraved slanting cross, surrounded by flames. On the sides of the band an engraved floral ornament.

Inscription:

1) Ś.+ P. EDWARD / ZAPAŚNIK / PUŁKOWNIK / UR. 26 PAŹDŹ. 1847 / ZM. 22 LUTEGO 1919 / POKÓJ JEGO ZACNEJ / DUSZY //.
2) Pokój jego / zacnej duszy! //.
