Gravestone marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base with a concrete band passing into a rectangular wall at the head. The cross on a moulded plinth with traces of the attachment of the Christ figure at the intersection of the arms. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, in front an inscription plaque with engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal tapering upwards with chamfered upper edges, on the front an inscription plaque with engraved inscription. On the band seven plinths connected to the wall by cast iron chains. The band is shared with the tombstone of Regina Małolepsza.
