Headstone marked by cast iron cross on two-stage plinth with banded coffin lid. Cross with stepped border, with arms ending in a donkey's back with caps. At the intersection of the arms of the cross the mount is visible after the figure of Christ, the titulus retained. Cross on plinth. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, on the front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners, in which a pseudo-relief inscription No. 2. The second step of the pedestal tapering upwards, with profiled upper edges. On the front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners, in which a pseudo-relief inscription No. 1. On the back and on the right side engraved inscriptions No. 3 (on the right) and No. 4 (on the back).
