The burial place originally marked by a cross on a stele, polished on the front with chamfered sides and back. On the front an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Ś. P. / TADEUSZ / ŁUKASZEWICZ / zmarł 2 lutego 1876 roku / wieku lat 76 / smutna rodzina i przyjaźń prawdziwa / Kwiatem pamięci mogiłę okrywa / Bo nie zakwitnie tylko na grobie / lecz w każdem sercu co pomni o tobie //.
