Burial place originally marked by a statue on a plinth. The statue is not preserved. On the pedestal front an engraved frame, within it an engraved inscription (1). Side walls of the plinth glazed.

1. D.O.M. / FRANCISZEK / ZABAWA / 1890 + 1903 / MARIA / ZABAWA / * 1887 + 19[..] //.
