Biography:

Publicist, politician, cavalry captain in the Polish Army. He studied at the Universities of Vienna and Warsaw. During World War I, he served in the Austrian army and was later enlisted in the Polish Army. There he was promoted to the rank of cavalry captain with seniority. Until 1924, he was clerk of the press office of the Presidium of the Council of Ministers. He published his texts in a number of periodicals, including the Ilustrowany Kurier Codzienny, Dziennik Poznański, Dziennik Polski and Przegląd Powszechny. In the years 1939-1944, he was director of the Office of the Presidium of the Council of Ministers.
