The St. Johann military cemetery in Wolfsberg contains the graves of four Home Army soldiers who were taken prisoner by the Germans after the surrender of the Warsaw Uprising. They were imprisoned in the prisoner of war camp Stalag XVIII A in Wolfsberg and died there. They were: Jerzy Gerewicz alias "Witold", Zbigniew Olechowski alias "Zbyszek", Wiesław Ostrowski alias "Wiesławski" and Tadeusz Tyblewski alias "Mir".

The graves constitute a small plot where 4 stone obelisks in the shape of a cuboid with plaques were set in one line. Each plaque bears the name and surname, information on membership of the Home Army, the circumstances of death and the prisoner of war number, with a poetic quotation below. In front of the row of obelisks is a pedestal with a relief of an eagle and a plaque with the text: "The monuments were founded/ by comrades-in-arms/ by the Polish Red Cross/ at the 2nd A.P.Corps/ by the Polish people of the camps/ of refugees/ 1945-1946/".

In 2014, through the efforts of the Council for the Protection of Remembrance of Struggle and Martyrdom and the Polish Embassy in Vienna, in cooperation with the Österreisches Schwarzes Kreuz (Austrian association for the care of war graves), a memorial plaque was erected at the quarters. It was placed in front of the line of graves, to the right of the main pedestal. The plaque bears the text in Polish and German:

"Here rest the soldiers of the Home Army/ of the armed force of the Polish Underground State/ who during the Warsaw Uprising fought/ for the liberation of Warsaw against the German/ occupier./ After the fall of the Warsaw Uprising on 4-5.X.1944 they were/ taken prisoner and imprisoned in the prisoner of war camp Stalag /XVIII A in Wolfsberg/ Council for the Protection of Remembrance of Struggle and Martyrdom/ 2014/ Österreisches Schwarzes Kreuz".
