Biography:

Aleksander Czołowski (1865-1944), Polish historian, antiquarian, archivist. He served as director of the Historical Museum of Lviv and the National Museum in Lviv. Thanks to his efforts, the monastery church was saved during the reconstruction of the "Brygidka" prison in Lviv.
