Burial place marked by a slab at the head with a stele on the base and plinth. To the right a cuboidal lower block. On the stele, on the front a slab with an engraved cross dividing it into two parts. On the left and right engraved inscriptions (1) and (2). The slab covered by a smaller convex slab on top, adjacent to the plinth.

Inscription:

1. L: JAN / POLLAK / * 4.3.1864 + 1.4.1938 //.
2. P: JULIA / POLLAK / * 17.5.1872 + 9.4.1966 //.
