Burial place marked by a stele on the plinth and base. Stele terminating in the form of a horseshoe arch with a volute spire. Below it widens into a rectangular slab with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners. In front a panel repeating the shape of a stele, extending upwards. At the top there is an engraved cross, below it a convex carved palm leaf and a shawl symmetrically hung on two buttons. Below, an engraved inscription. The stele at the base expands into a plinth topped with moulding, decorated with a circle at the front in the centre and triangular panels at the sides.

Inscription:

STANISŁAW / HOFBAUER / przeżywszy lat 38 / zasnął w Panu / dnia 14 marca 1905 / Cześć jego popiołom //.
