Biography:

Dionizy Krzyczkowski (1861-1943), born in Lastivitsa in the Ukraine. Between 1881 and 1884 he studied at the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical and Industrial Academy in Cracow. He then continued his education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Paris. Between 1889 and 1892 he worked as an architect in Mendoza (Argentina) on the construction of the Transandine Railway. From 1897 to 1927 he was a professor at the Building Department of the Lviv Industrial School. From 1893 to 1897 he was a city builder in Kolomyja.
