Burial site originally marked by cross on plinth. Tombstone overturned, each part lying separately. Cross with chamfered edges. At the intersection of the arms a relief figure of Christ, above a titulus. The plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWA / PAWEŁ. / KSZEMINSKI. / * 1854. + […] / 10 1936. / PROSI / O / MODLITWY //.
