Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth. Cross with arms ending in a trillium form decorated with rosettes, framed by half-brackets in the lower, wider part. At the intersection of the arms a smaller cross in relief, on which is the figure of Christ, above a titulus, below a skull with tibias and an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Tu / spoczywają / zwłoki Pawła / Siamkayła / Przeżył lat 54 / Zmarł 1882 //.
