The burial site marked by a cross on a three-tier plinth and two-tier base. Cross with arms terminating in rhomboidal, chamfered, with mouldings, on plinth. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the pedestal with a rectangular protuberance passing into the third step in the form of an octagon framed on four sides by small pyramids. On the front of the second step of the pedestal, a panel closed with a straight overhanging arch, in which an engraved inscription (1). On the left, an engraved inscription (2).

1. TU / SPOCZYWA / S P / FRANCISZEK / BIAŁKOWSKI / PRZEŻYWSZY LAT 80 / + ¹⁶/₈ 1853 //.
2. TU / SPOCZEWA S P / MAGDALENA BIAŁKOWSKA / PRZEŻYŁA LAT 82. / + ⁷/₄ 1886. //.
