Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross with capped arms, on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a smaller cross is carved, framed by a bas-relief oak and laurel wreath. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step covered with a wider, moulded panel. On the front a panel with corners filled with quarter palmettoes. In it an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWAJĄ ZWŁOKI / + LUDWIK CZECKAW / SKIEGO studenta / [Gim] […] pota / […] 1860 / Dnia [5] CZERWCA / Niech mu Ziemia / lekko będzie //.
