A rectangular-plan tomb covered by a gable roof with a truncated monumental gable at the front, originally topped by a cross on a plinth. The cross is not preserved. In the field of the gable a red sandstone plaque with quarter-cut corners. In it an engraved inscription. At the front on the axis an entrance opening closed with a semicircle, now bricked up.
