The burial site is marked by a red sandstone gravestone, at the head of which is a figure of a kneeling angel on a rock-shaped plinth and base. The angel, with his hands in a prayer gesture, kneels on his left knee on a cushion with tassels at the corners. Dressed in long robes, feet barefoot. Grooved base. In the upper part of the pedestal at the front a rectangular space for a photograph, below a panel with a plaque with an engraved inscription.

TU SPOCZYWA / DZIDZIA / NAJDROŻSZA I / JEDYNA / CÓRECZKA / WINNICKICH / * 2 I 1936 + 7 X 1937 //.
