Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross stylised as a tree trunk on a rock-shaped plinth and base. Cross decorated with bas-relief rose flowers, palm leaf on vertical arm. The base is glazed. In the upper part of the pedestal at the front a bas-relief rose branch, below a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Ś. P. / Marja / z Dancewiczów / ZAŁANOWSKA / * ²²/_II1866 + ³/_X1919. / Prosi o zdrowaś Marja! //.

1919-1922
