Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Chamfered cross, on pedestal reconstructed in lower part. At the intersection of the arms a bas-relief of a burning heart, above a titulus. The plinth with moulded upper edges, on the front an engraved inscription (1). On the base an engraved inscription (2).

1. TU / SPOCZYWA / TEOFILA MOTCZANOWSKA / PRZEŻYŁA LAT 72 / + 2/2 1920 / MARYSIA //.
2. KWIATKOWSKA / UR 8 12 1917 + 10 2 1920 / PROSZĄ O MODLITWĘ //.
