Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Reconstructed cross at lower part, on plinth. Arms terminating in a trillium form. Plinth with moulded upper edges. On three sides engraved frames enclosed by a straight overhanging arch. On the front a similar panel with engraved inscription.

ТУ / СПОЧИВАЄ[BA] / П. MИК[И]Т[A] / ПPO[…] / 60 +. ДНА 22 […] / [B] […]IИЄ / AДАМАТ //.
