Burial site originally marked by a statue of St John of Nepomuk on a plinth and two-tier base. The figure on its own base lies beside the gravestone, its head and hands perpetuated. The saint in contrapposto, dressed in priestly garb. On the front, an engraved frame on the pedestal, within which is an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Tu spoczywa S. P. / […] Tąsiecki / żył lat 45 zmarł / dnia 10 maja [1]831 //.
