The burial site originally marked by a cross on a simple plinth. Cross, now broken in half height, flanked by a groove, with arms ending in a trillium form decorated with a rosette, in the lower part with symmetrical half-rails and a rosette between them. Below an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

[INRI] / Tu / zwłoki / anieli / wiśniewskiej / żyła lat 16 / ukończyła 186[...] / […] //.
