Cross on a two-tier plinth. Cross perpetuated, lying beside gravestone. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. Second step of plinth high, tapering upwards. Engraved inscriptions on the front (1) and sides (2, 3).

3. S. P. / Michał / CHARYTONOWICZ / RADCA / HONOROWY / zm. 9 Wrześ. / 1866 r. / wieku lat 69 / stroskana / żona prosi / o modlitwę //.
