Burial site originally marked by a cross on a three-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved. Base and first step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth profiled at upper edges. On the first and second steps of the pedestal, panels with quarter-circle chamfered corners on the front, in which convex-carved inscriptions. The third step of the pedestal enclosed by a segmental arch, with a panel on the front repeating its shape. The panel with quarter-circle chamfered lower edges, in it an oval frame with a place for a photograph, below it a convex-sculpted inscription. On the left face of the third step of the pedestal, a rectangular panel with a convex-sculpted inscription. The whole is enclosed by a square concrete band with a cast-iron fence. The fence is preceded by four steps and a cylindrical plinth with railing. Fencing shared with gravestones 42, 44, 45, 46, 47.
