Burial place originally marked by cast iron cross on plinth and base. Cross not preserved, on moulded plinth. Plinth with moulded upper edges. Engraved inscription to the front.

Spoczywa w pokoju / Antonina / LENARTOWICZ / zm. 15 Okto. 1877 r. wieku lat 14. / Prosi o westchnienie do Boga. //.

State of preservation:

corrosion, mosses, lichens, non-maintained finial
