Headstone marked by a cross on a plinth, in a concrete band in the form of a coffin lid. Cast-iron cross made of tubing, covered with black paint, at the crossing of the arms a metal plaque covered with black paint, attached to the cross by copper wire. On it an inscription painted in silver. The band covered with grey paint.

Inscription:

Ś. + P. / Romuald / Wińcz / lat 18 / Zginął śmiercią tragiczną //. Wiersze 2,3,4 i 5 inskrypcji zapisane kursywą.
