Tombstone of Wincenty Bortkiewicz

Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and concrete base. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. In front, inscription field with overhanging arches at corners with inscription in relief (1). The second step of the pedestal with slightly chamfered upper edges. On the front, the inscription field repeating the shape of the pedestal with a relief inscription (2), framed by a relief frame with channelled and diamond-shaped arches at the corners. The whole framed by a concrete band in the form of an irregular polygon, with a fence of nine posts connected by pairs of cast-iron bars. On the left side, steps with cast-iron handrail. Quarters shared with gravestones 030, 032, 033, 034, 035, 036, 037.
