The burial site marked by an irregular stele with an inscribed cross on the plinth, band and base. At the intersection of the arms of the cross an image of Christ wearing a crown of thorns. The plinth with chamfered edges. On the front an engraved inscription.

LEGIONISTA / STANISŁAW JASIUWIENAS / ZMARŁ 1921 R. / ŻYŁ LAT 38 / I CÓRKA STASIA / ŻYŁA 2 LATA //.

ca.2000-2010
