Burial place originally marked by a cast-iron cross on a two-stepped plinth banded by a coffin lid. The cross is unpreserved, openwork, on a plinth framed by pinnacles. Engraved inscriptions on the first (2) and second (1) steps of the plinth.

2. [ŻYŁ] LAT 60 / POKÓJ JEGO DUSZY! //.
