Gravestone of Emilia Poczepko

Vilnius | Lithuania

Burial site originally marked by a cast iron cross on an irregular stele in the foundation. Cross not preserved. Stele closed with a gable. In front a plaque with a relief inscription. The whole originally enclosed by a fence consisting of cylindrical pedestals connected by a cast-iron bar.

Additional information:

In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter Po, card number 7, dated 1934. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "C, under the cemetery wall, left side D, N17". Next to the description of the gravestone there is a note: "granite slab with traces of a cross which was broken and taken away, fence partially destroyed, 4 granite posts left".

mosses, lichens, unmaintained fence, non-maintained finial

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

no cross, fallen plinths in the fence, bars missing
