Tombstone originally marked by a cast iron cross on a stele framed by a concrete mantle with a band in the form of a coffin lid. Cross on plinth lost, not preserved. Stele polished on front with engraved inscription.

Tu spoczywa / S. P. JAN / HALKO / umarł 20 Lutego 1874 r. / mając lat 40. / -.- / Stroskana Żona najlepszemu Mężowi / tę pamiątkę poświęciła. / Pokój twym cieniom / Mężu najdroższy. //.
