Gravestone of Apolonia Kozłowska

The burial place was originally marked by a cross on a three-stage plinth and base. Relief plaques on the third and second steps of the pedestal with an engraved inscription in relief. The whole enclosed by a cast-iron fence with grottoes together with gravestone No. 3.
