Tombstone of Stefania Jazdowska

Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth, in a concrete band in the form of a coffin lid. The whole on a base with a signature on the front. Cross on plinth with moulded upper edges. Plinth broken at base, re-located. The first step of the plinth with chamfered edges, the second step profiled, turned away from the band. Concrete plaque on plinth, on which is an engraved inscription.
