Burial site originally marked by an iron cross on an irregular stele. The cross is not preserved. An engraved inscription on the front stele. The entire area is enclosed by a fence consisting of cylindrical pedestals connected by a cast iron bar. The fence is shared with gravestones nos. 60, 61 and 62.

Inscription:

Ś. P. / Anna / GRZYBOWSKA / zm. 26 Czerwca 1888 r. / wieku lat 75 / - / Prosi przechodnich o westchnienie do Boga //.
