Burial place marked by a gravestone, in the centre of which is a cross on a plinth, on its own cuboidal base, on a three-stage plinth and base. The arms of the cross terminating in gabled caps. The edges of the cross bevelled. The second step of the pedestal with tapering upwards corners, covered with a gabled canopy, on which a carved open book with engraved inscription No. 1. On the second step of the pedestal on the left side inscription No. 3, on the front side inscription No. 2, on the left side inscription No. 4. In front of the pedestal a granite slab laid diagonally, with engraved inscription No. 5.

in Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter P, card number 172, dated 1936 (gravestone of Maria Piłsudska née Lada Zabłocka). According to the card, the gravestone's location is the grave of the Lada Zablocki family. Next to the description of the gravestone there is an annotation: 'There is no cross on the grave. A plaque with an inscription attached to the fence. On the grave a cross made of flowers and plants". On the plate the inscription: S. + P. / Marja z Łada Zabłockich / PIŁSUDSKA / Died in God on 5 April 1921 //.
