Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross not preserved, on a moulded plinth. Second step of base with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the pedestal with moulded upper edges, on the front a shallow panel with chamfered quarter-circle corners, in which a convex carved inscription. The second step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, in front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners, in it a blank medallion after a photograph, below an convex-sculpted inscription. Behind the tombstone a fragment of a cross.

2. Ś. P. / KS. KAZIMIERZ / JAGIEŁŁO / KANONIK HONOROWY / UR. 1838 + 1891 R. //.
