The burial site was originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and three-stepped base, passing to the front into a rectangular band with rectangular topped pyramidal pedestals at the corners joined by metal bars to form a fence. Preserved moulded cross plinth. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front a horizontal panel with side edges in the form of a carved two-armed arch, with a bas-relief inscription. The second step of the plinth with moulded upper side edges. On the front a panel with a relief representation of the Blessed Sacrament and a relief inscription.
