Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross not preserved. Base with moulded upper edges. Plinth with chamfered upper edges. Engraved inscription to the front.

Inscription:

Tu spoczywają / zwłoki S. P. / Stanisława / DOREGOVSKIEGO / zm. d. 1 Grudnia / 1866 r. / wieku lat 47 / Stroskana Żona / i dzieci tę / pamiątkę / poświęcają. //.
