Burial site originally marked by a cross on the plinth and base. Irregularly shaped stele, tapering towards the top. Ground front with engraved inscription.

Tu sp[oczywają zwłoki] / S. P. / Hr. Jana / PRZEZDZIECKIEGO / ur. 1810 r. 26 Czerwca / um. 1871 r. 25 Sierpnia / Wieczne odpocznienie / racz mu dać Panie! //.

Additional information:
With the exception of the second and fourth lines, the inscription in italics. In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter Po, card number 115, dated 1936. According to the card file, the old location of the gravestone is sector "E, X row, N13, from catacombs C towards boundary E1, near road J". At the description of the gravestone the annotation: 'with an iron cross, in the fence with N12 /Kaleńscy/'.
