The burial place is marked by a stele placed on a plinth and base, the stele topped by a segmental arch with a rough surface , on the front wall forged: a black smoothly polished rectangular inscription plaque, above it a cross entwined with floral tendrils; in front of the stele a concrete band.

SP/ ✝Eufrozyna Lutze-Birk / zm. 1905 r. lat 45 / ✝Anna Lutze-Birk / zm. 1910 r. lat 30.
