Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth. Cross perpetuated, not preserved. The plinth tapers towards the top. On the front, at the top, two rectangular panels of unpreserved photographs, framed by an engraved floral ornament. Below an engraved inscription, below it an engraved leaf. On the sides of the pedestal engraved floral ornament in the form of flowers and rose stems.

Inscription:

WŁADYSŁAW I JÓZEF / KULBOWSCY / + 15 PAŹD. 1918. + 21 PAŹD. 1918 / lat 27 lat 29. / Od Rodziców stroskanych / Pamieć dla Synów kochanych. //.
