Burial place originally marked by cross on obelisk, plinth and base. Cross not preserved. On the obelisk at the front, to the right and left, an engraved inscription. Plinth with chamfered top edges.

In line 10 of the inscription on the front of the obelisk a decorative line. In line 10 of the inscription on the right side of the obelisk a decorative dash. In line 7 of the inscription on the left side of the obelisk a decorative dash. Other photograph of the inscription in the project archive. In Wacław Wejtka's file, under the letter P, card number 73, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the tombstone is sector "E, 4th row, N14, from catacombs C, towards boundary E1". Next to the description of the gravestone the annotation: 'with a cross'.
