Burial site originally marked by a cross on a plinth and two-stage base. Cross not preserved. Second tier base with moulded upper edges. The plinth tapering upwards, closed with a cataract arch, with a chamfered rear edge. An engraved inscription to the front of the plinth. The gravestone together with gravestone No. 063 enclosed by a common fence on concrete plinths - in a state of destruction.
