Tombstone of Tekla Dolińska

Burial site marked by a cast iron cross on an irregular stele framed by a concrete mantle. Cross with arms ending in rhomboidal caps, on a plinth. The face of the cross excavated. At the intersection of the arms the attachment of the figure of Christ is visible. Stele closed with a sectional arch carving. On the front side there is an engraved cross, below it there is an engraved inscription and two cartouches of coats of arms with a jewel (Kościesza and Sas).The gravestone together with monuments No. 15-24 is enclosed by a common fence.

Tu spoczywają zwłoki / S. P. / Tekli z Ehre[n]krejtzon / DOLIŃSKIEJ / żony Radcy Stanu / zm. 31 Lutego 1873 r. / po 80 leciach cnotliwego żywota / - / Najlep[sz]ej Matce i Żonie / Od najprzywiązańszych dzieci i Męża / - / Wieczny odpoczynek racz Jej dać Panie / A światłość wiekuista niech Jej świeci Amen //.

Additional information:

The inscription, with the exception of the 2nd and 4th lines, in italics. According to Wacław Wejtko's file, originally there were monuments of related Tekla Dolińska and her sister Eufemia Szymanowicz and Tekla Łazarowicz and Natala Mongin in one fence. Wacław Wejtko states after Antoni Łazarewicz that Tekla Dolińska and her sisters were orphaned at the age of 4, and their father was killed in Praga in 1793.
