Tombstone originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved, on moulded plinth. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (2). The plinth slightly tapering towards the top, with profiled upper edges. On the front, engraved inscription (1).

1. Dla najdroższych / dziatek zmarłych / Ś. P. / 1880 r. Listopada / Józia 17go / Olgierd 20go / Wikcia 22 go dnia / tę pamiątkę / stroskani rodzice / ROSIECCY / postawili //.
