Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross on plinth, slightly tilted to the right. Plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. On the front (1) and sides (2) and (3) an engraved inscription.

1. S. P. Monika / z Korczycow / JELCOWA / zmarła w Wilnie / 7 Kwietnia / 1882 r. / wieku lat 88. //.
2. Kazio / OSTROMĘCKI / ur. 9 Kwietnia 1870. / umarł 12 Paździer. / 1880 r. / w Werkach. //.
3. Wandalinek / OSTROMĘCKI / ur. 31 Marca 1873 r. / umarł 21 Października / 1880 r. / w Werkach. //.

In Wacław Wejtka's file, under the letter J, card number 176, dated 1936. According to Wejtka, the old location of the gravestone is sector "C1, 5th row. N 18. From the catacombs towards the road at N1". In the inscription Wejtko states "Wandalinek Ostromęcki / Born 31 March 1873 Died 12 October 1889 //." The inscription notes that the gravestone is in "a common fence with N 14, 15, 16, 17 ( Kassa[kowska], Zajączkowski, Bohusz-Szyszko".
