Burial site originally marked by a cast-iron cross on a rock-shaped plinth and base. The cross is not preserved. A plaque with a ritual inscription on the plinth at the front. The whole is enclosed by a fence, with a gate on the right, shared with gravestone 48.

Tu spoczywa / Róża z Zabłockich / SYCIANKO / zm. 16 Lutego 1882 / w wieku lat 66. / Drogiej matce synowie //.
