According to Wacław Wejtko's file, the beginning of the inscription reads: Here rests a corpse //. It gives the number of years of life as 77. A gravestone in a metal fence. Verses 1, 3, 4, 6, 7 of the inscription in italics.

mosses, lichens, cracks, cavities, inscription partly obliterated, non-maintained finial
