The burial place is marked by an irregular stele closed with a segmented arch on the base. On the stele in front in an irregular panel a relief cross, below an engraved inscription.

Verses 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 in italics. In Waclaw Wejtka's card file, under the letter Bo, card number 376, dated 1936. According to the file, the old location of the gravestone is sector "D1, N56, 1st row, by the road from the chapel, on the right side, near the crossroads". Next to the description of the gravestone is the annotation: 'grave of the Bulharovskis, iron bar fence, together with N54, N55'.
